OUR WINE

In our wines can be found the full expression of the symbiotic relationship
between man and nature which falls within the wider sphere
of our philosophy of life and of organic farming.
The hilly landscape, the natural conditions and the chemical-physical
composition of our terrain, which has a mixed soil type,
make this area ideal for this type of cultivation.
The geographical area, situated between the highest mountains in Abruzzo and
the Adriatic Sea, means that the climate is mild with no thermal extremes but
with the continual presence of wind, this allows us to grow healthy  grapes
which go on to give life to a wine that is easily identifiable because of its unique
characteristics which are tied to the terrain in which it was produced.

The interaction between these factors and the work we carry out ourselves both
in the field and later on during the wine making process help create a
wine that is both unique and authentic.

To the eye it presents itself as a clear liquid with a purple-red color which is typical of young wins. On the nose it has notes ranging from red fruits to pepper and even vanilla.
It has a dry, round, full-bodied taste that lingers on the palate.

SERVE WITH:
red meat, game,
mature cheeses and seasoned cut meats.

The product of the selection of our best grapes.
To the eye it presents itself as a clear liquid with the cherry red color which is typical of a Cerasuolo.
On the nose it has a good combination of perfumes: pleasantly fragrant ones with floral notes coming through.
Fresh fruit essences like cherry, raspberry, berries
and in particular strawberry can be perceived.
On the palate it is fresh and well-balanced. As it is a delight to drink, it is highly versatile.

SERVE WITH:
Fresh cheeses, white meats
and fish based dishes.
